Fraud
I bought kittens from them well over a year ago. In fact, he's about 2 now.
They must've saved my info, because just today, I got a $1000.00 charge on my credit card! I reported the fraud, and the credit card company states it was "manually entered"!
This is a FELONY. THEY ARE CROOKS.

My kitten arrived perfect
I bought one of their kittens. She was obviously well handled, socialized, loving, cage trained, box trained, shipped carefully, and has been the love of my life.
She's healthy and beautiful.
I paid a lot, true, and they constantly use the false 50% off to get people to buy but that is just marketing. I saw nothing of what is posted here regarding featured or ill health of my cat.

Animal cruelty!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BREEDER!!! They are definitely running a mill type of service!
We bought a male and female cat with breeding rights however, they came to us smelling horrible on top of them being extremely afraid, which can be normal however, given their breed and what they say about them on their website, they should have not been in that condition. We then took them to the vet and come to find out, they are nowhere near updated on their shots and the WORST part is, they were not updated on rabies!! The female cat was never even given a rabies shot which is illegal as they are required to get it at 4 months old! They also falsely advertised the female cat we bought because they posted pics of her as a kitten.
We requested for more pics and she sent me more pics of her as a kitten! I expected to see and receive what I saw in the pictures but she did not look the same at all from the kitten pics. Her fur dramatically changed. She is still extremely beautiful but be aware they are falsely advertising their cats!
They are a complete scam and if there is anyone out there wanting to work with us to get them shut down, please feel free to comment on this!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Never got expensive cat
I paid for pregnant queen and 3 other cats as a breeding group. I have never received the pregnant queen and they refuse to answer all my calls and emails. I recieved the 2 other queens and the male i bought but they are not friendly the are agressive and mean, but the wouldnt respond about those issues either, they didnt honor any of their agreements, or gurantees, horrible company

We received our Ragamuffin kitten in December 2018. She was indeed beautiful.
But she arrived with a terrible cold. She gave this illness to our other cat and both needed to go to the vet within the first couple of weeks we received her. Lots of vet bills. I told Ragkittens but they never reimbursed us.
Our kitten has matured to a healthy cat and she follows us around but she is very mean and does not respond well to human interaction. She bites us a lot. I have had many cats in my life but this one is one mean kitty.
She came to us with this personality. Very disappointing.

She was so excited to get this Rag doll kitten, went out shopping for it and it was a no show. they were good at getting us hooked with tons of pictures and videos. Even sent a picture, saying he was packed up and they would be there by 5pm.
It's not the money as much as the saddness that my mother is going through. We are hoping they are found and put in jail.
Received 2 sick kittens
We purchased 3 ragamuffin kittens on this site. 2 out of 3 of them died before the age of 2 due to genetic conditions.
One of them had a multitude of conditions that compromised her immune system such as herpes. The seller agreed that they would trade this cat for a new one (luckily this cat isn't sick... yet, and just turned 2). The other cat passed away due to FIP, which is a genetic condition from the mother cat that is incurable and always fatal at a young age.
He was not exposed to any other cats, other than the cats that came from this breeder. The guarantee only says that they'll reimburse them if they die before a year old, so we lost a 4k dollar cat because they're running a disgusting CAT MILL. We're worried that the cat we have left may have been infected by FIP as well, but she hasn't shown any symptoms so far and has made it past two (luckily).
NEVER GET CATS FROM THESE PEOPLE! These people should be ashamed of the business they're running

I cannot see where it tells you which breeder or seller the complaint is against. Just saying Ragdoll is of no help at all.
Sick kitten and incorrect vet records
I received a 4 month old rag doll kitten ($3000) that had feline Coronavirus. This could have only come from the mother.
My kitten had zero contact with other cats. Itโs transferred cat to cat by grooming and sharing a litter box. This means all there cats are exposed. This disease affects the immune system and causes digestive issues (needs an expensive prescription diet) and upper respiratory issues.
It also can mutate into a fatal form for which there is no cure. I had him tested ($800 total cost) twice, 6 months apart, both tests were positive. On top of this, the vet records they sent stated the kitten was neutered. He started behaving strangely and it turned out the kitten was NOT fixed.
Fixing a cat late can leave undesirable behaviors. Very irresponsible breeders.

What is the name of the breeder or business you bought your kitten from? My wife and I had to put our 1 year old kitten to sleep two days ago for the very same reason.
Took $1000 from account and wont return
Bought my kitten a year ago and had him neutered within 6 months. I did not send proof of alter as I never planned to breed or register.
On Christmas day I had $1000 charged to me through paypal. when I challenged this charge, I was told to send proof of alter by the next day and they would refund the money.
I did this and was told SEVERAL times the money was on the way. They now dont answer my calls and NO money!

Sick rag-doll kittens are being sold on line for an absorbent amount of money without proper testing for a common genetic heart condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
Beware of ordering rag-doll kittens from Texas.
Our kitten arrived with a one year genetic guarantee which means absolutely nothing to this company. It is very sad and disturbing that these beautiful
kittens are nothing more than money makers for these
breeders. Stay away from purchasing any kitten on line. It is
cruel and unfair for the animal and the new owner.
This has been a heartbreaking experience, one that I would
not wish on anyone.

Ragdoll dead at 1.5 yrs old of stroke and heart failure
The breeder of my Ragdoll kitten is Jessica Perry. She changes phone numbers and e-mail addresses all the time.
Ragdoll Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy testing showed that he was positive homozygous. Over time he was placed on three different medications, atenolol, lasix and a good thinner to prevent a stroke. He got all three meds daily.
But exactly a day after he turned 1.5 years old, he collapsed with a severe stroke and heart failure. He could not move or breath and the vet had to euthanize him.
I kept the breeders informed the whole time and sent them original copies of all of his vet visits and the findings with very little response from them.
Very irresponsible breeders.
Cost of genetic test: $35. Cost of kitten: $2000

Not honoring contract
The contract states I need to neuter my cat after he is 6 months. I did in February if 18โ I have yet to receive his papers. Shady.
Same thing happened to me. Who is the breeder?
I've contacted them several times and never get a reply.
I've even sent them photos of my Ragdoll and I'm unable to get anyone to reply to my emails. They also have moved to another state from where the cat was purchased from.
Kitten died also going under the name of Lacy Burton
The kitten we paid $2600 for it died in three months. I contacted the breeder and told them the cat is in for an autopsy and I will be getting back to her as a think it was HCM.
Three days later the website is shut down and no one answers the phone. Buyer beware these people are frauds. I will be contacted PayPal today to see if thereโs anything they can do it to get my money back. We absolutely fell in love with the kitten and are devastated.
The cat literally just laid down and could not breathe . I am beyond mad .
Please donโt anyone buy from these people it sounds like they change their website name and phone numbers and locations to rip people off. I believe they were in Louisiana before.

Iโm so sorry, HCM is prevalent in this breed, thatโs why you must find a really good breeder. Make sure they have had the momโs and dads tested by a reputable vet.
In fact, they should be tested for PKD as well. I donโt ever want anyone to go through what I did.
